FAQs

Are there quiet places to make phone calls?

There are some cubicles and nooks. We have 3 zoom rooms and a meeting room.

Can I bring my kid?

In order to maintain a productive environment for everyone, we don't allow children under 9 years old.

Do you have private offices for rent?

Yes! We have 3 mini offices and a larger meeting room. We recommend reserving ahead of time if you have an important meeting. You may also drop-in for as long as the room is available.

How can I reserve?

Just message us on WhatsApp or Facebook.

How do extended hours work?

Members may come in before or after reception hours by using their fingerprint on our smartlocks. Fingerprint registration is done at the reception desk during reception hours.

Do you have external monitors for rent?

Yes we do! They are available for rent at $15mxn per hour or $60mxn per day. For Unlimited Members monitors are included for free.

Can I postpone my membership start?

Absolutely, drop us an email.

Pet-friendly?

We allow dogs that are well-trained, quiet and friendly!

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, you can cancel at any time using our member portal.
